1) Promoter
The promoter is RSPCA Queensland Ltd. (ABN 74 851 544 037), operating as RSPCA Op Shop and RSPCA World for Pets, of 139 Wacol Station Rd, Wacol QLD 4076, Australia (“Promoter”).
2) Acceptance of Terms
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms & Conditions to be valid.
3) Promotion Period
The promotion commences on Friday 14 February 2026 at 8:00am (AEST) and closes on Tuesday 14 April 2026 at 8:00pm (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4) Eligibility
Entry is open only to Queensland residents who:
a) are 18 years or older at the time of entry; and
b) meet the entry requirements set out in clause 5.
The following are ineligible to enter:
a) employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate;
b) volunteers of the Promoter; and
c) immediate family members (spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, sibling) of those employees and volunteers.
The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age, residency, and eligibility.
5) How to Enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
a) make a purchase of $0.01 or more in a single transaction at any RSPCA Queensland Op Shop or RSPCA World for Pets location; and
b) complete the official entry form on the Promoter’s in-store tablet (“Entry Form”); or online at https://rspcaqld.tfaforms.net/26 and
c) provide the receipt number/transaction ID for the qualifying purchase.
Limit: One (1) entry is permitted per eligible transaction/receipt. Each receipt number/transaction ID may only be used once. If the same receipt number/transaction ID is submitted more than once, only the first valid entry received will be accepted and any subsequent entries using that receipt number/transaction ID will be deemed invalid. Multiple entries are permitted per person across multiple separate eligible transactions during the Promotion Period.
The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, illegible, incorrect, or submitted using invalid receipt details.
6) Proof of Purchase
Entrants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request proof of purchase at any time, including before awarding a prize. If an entrant cannot provide proof of purchase to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry may be deemed invalid and any prize may be forfeited.
7) Costs
Any costs associated with entering, including but not limited to accessing or using the Entry Form, are the responsibility of the entrant.
8) Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The prize is Flight Centre gift voucher(s) to the total value of AUD $10,000 (“Prize”).
8.1 Prize Conditions
a) The Prize will be delivered electronically via email to the winner using the contact details provided in the Entry Form.
b) The Prize is subject to Flight Centre’s standard gift voucher terms and conditions, including any expiry dates, redemption conditions, and usage restrictions.
c) The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
d) The Promoter is not responsible for the availability of travel services, pricing, booking outcomes, or any acts or omissions of Flight Centre.
8.2 Prize Value
Total prize pool value: AUD $10,000.
8.3 Prize Substitution
If the Prize (or any component of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
9) Draw Details
The draw will take place on Thursday 16 April 2026 at 10:00am (AEST) at RSPCA Brisbane, Wacol, Queensland.
The winner will be determined by a random draw, conducted as follows:
a) all valid entries will be exported into a single entry list and assigned a sequential number;
b) a computerised random number generator will be used to select the winning entry number; and
c) the corresponding entry will be declared the winner.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10) Winner Notification and Publication
a) The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
b) The winner’s first initial, surname, and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels on or after Monday 2 April 2026, subject to privacy requirements.
11) Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the Prize is not claimed within twenty-eight (28) days of the winner being notified, or if the winner is deemed invalid or ineligible, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted within five (5) business days after the claim period ends at RSPCA Brisbane, Wacol, Queensland using the same draw method described in clause 9.
12) Entry Validity, Disqualification, and Fraud
The Promoter may, at any time:
a) verify the validity of entries and entrants;
b) disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, uses a receipt number/transaction ID more than once, provides misleading information, or tampers with the promotion;
c) cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion.
13) Returns / Refunds
If a qualifying transaction is fully refunded, reversed, or cancelled, the corresponding entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
14) Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting or using the Prize, including reliance on Flight Centre services.
15) Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and award the Prize and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy:

16) General
